Be fit, be Mama!

Finally, you can do something for yourself without the need of a babysitter!

FIT MAMAS offers classes of all types and levels for you with your child. All courses are specially tailored to moms and their needs after and through pregnancy.

FIT MAMAS trains your resistance, strength and agility with a nice group of other mommies. With MAMA ON WHEELS and MAMA TRAIL you can even recharge your batteries in the open air and strengthen the immune system.

You only need weather-adapted sportswear and running shoes. With FIT MAMAS you can have every stroller. The training takes place on paved paths. Ideal would be a sport stroller.

After childbirth, registrations after recovery gymnastics are recommended. After special agreement with me, you can already start during the recovery gymnastics with my classes. 

All classes take place in Engadin. Upon registration write where you are from and I will be happy to make you join the nearest group of FIT MAMAS!

MAMA ON WHEELS is the outdoor training with the stroller. No need to find a babysitter to train your strength, resistance and flexibility. Your kid is with you in the stroller!


Wake up the kangaroo in you: with KANGAROO TRAINING you can get fit after birth with other mommies and have a lot of fun while your baby is always with you. 


Do you like hiking with your baby? With MAMA TRAIL you can expect varied tours interrupted by various exercises to train your problem areas and breath some fresh air to strengthen your immune system!
