With MAMA ON WHEELS you train with the stroller in a nice group with other mommies.

The training lasts 60 minutes: you train strength, endurance and agility.

All exercises are designed specifically for moms and their needs after birth.

There is no basic fitness needed. You can can use any stroller, because the training takes place on defined paths. Please think about a sunscreen or a rain cover for the stroller and food for your baby and water for you. In dry weather please bring your own mat for the exercises.
