A baby turns your whole life over. For some things that could be integrated into everyday life, is suddenly no more time. The sport is often one of those things. That's why it's important that you take time for yourself.
During and after the pregnancy, I did not know which exercises I was allowed to do without harming my body and therefore I came up with the idea of a specialization in pre- and postnatal training to support other women in the same situation.
But for me it was also important to spend time with my daughter Sofie and that's why I decided to start teaching fitness for moms. The idea of FIT MAMAS is that you can train and take your kid with you!
